Kiel Gnomenfoot is the main character of his own series and a main character of Story Thieves. He is known for being the classic hero: brave, loyal, always has a joke on hand and winks constantly.

History[]

At the beginning of his series and before he appeared in Story Thieves, Kiel was a thief, living on the streets of Magisteria. Later the Magister adopted him, and Kiel began working as his apprentice, learning magic. Throughout the Kiel Gnomenfoot series, Kiel travels to other realms looking for Keys with Charm.

In his first book, he fights a dragon. In the fourth, he finds out he is a clone of Dr. Verity, the antagonist of the series. In the sixth, he travels to different dimensions, and in the seventh, Owen Conners takes his place, until the last moment.

Appearance[]

Black hair. Purple eyes (confirmed by James Riley). He is always seen wearing black- normally a black shirt/pants, complete with black gloves, long black cape, boots, and a belt, where he stores "wand-knives", which are magical wands that double as knives.
